Along the Luchthavenlaan in Vilvoorde, Groep Bouwen in 2002 created an office building of 3,500 m² according to a design by architects Styfhals & Partners. The building was sold as an investment project to the German investment fund Oppenheim Immobiliën, which immediately after delivery leased out the offices to Unique Interim and then to tour operator Connections.
