2000
Start of self-employed activity as project developer Patrick Bouwen.
2002
The first two office buildings in Vilvoorde and Diegem are delivered and sold to Oppenheim.
2003
Implementation of the first business park (Lier Zevenbergen).
2005
Delivery of Den Dulft Residence in Bornem (32 apartments).
2006
Sale of the Iron Building office building to political party MR.
2008
Strip mall complex in Ronse is delivered.
2009
In Diegem, two industrial buildings are built for Initial Textiles.
2011
Groep Bouwen moves into new office buildings in Lier.
2012
Groep Bouwen buys portfolio of NV Trading Places.
2014
SME parks are commissioned in Mechelen-South and Kontich.
2015
Shareholdership of Groep Bouwen is anchored in family company structure.
4 project terrains totalling more than 120,000 m² are purchased in Mechelen, Merksem, Antwerp-Left Bank and Londerzeel.
