At the end of 2017, Groep Bouwen acquired from the French ‘New deal Roosevelt’ a prestigious building designed by architect Paul Bonduelle. This “maison de maître” was built in 1928 and is now included in the inventory of architectural heritage. The 1,200 m² office space are leased as embassy for the representation of Brazil at the European Union. The acquisition also includes 2 homes in Wedrennenlaan, located behind it, which are eligible for the construction of an apartment building of +/- 1.400m².
