Along the ring of Antwerp and near the Sportpaleis, Groep Bouwen in 2013 purchased from SITA (Suez Group) a site with a surface area of around 15,000 m². An urban development permit was obtained for building a new Belgian-Dutch headquarters for the American MRC Transmark with 1,200 m² of offices and 2,500 m² of warehouses. This building is leased out by Groep Bouwen via a long-term contract. 

In addition, on the same site another 5,500 m² of dividable business spaces were built, which were sold primarily to local SMEs.
