At the request of Initial Textiles (member of the London-listed Rentokil), KBC Lease ordered a building with 1,500 m² of office space and a 2,000 m² warehouse.
 Groep Bouwen realized this building in 2017 close to Zaventem national airport. The purchase option at the end of the lease term was transferred to Groep Bouwen.

As part of its expansion in Belgium, Initial Textiles one year later ordered an additional office building of 1,200 m² over 2 floors. This was leased for a long term to Initial Textiles. The building has since been in Groep Bouwen’s investment portfolio.
