Close to the ring around Lier and in a green setting, Groep Bouwen in 2010 built a residential project of 20 apartments and 5 homes, including underground garage. The design came from P8-Architecten in Antwerp. Groep Bouwen still has a few apartments in its investment portfolio. All other apartments were sold to owner-occupiers.
