In association with architect Steven Winderickx, Groep Bouwen in 2006 created 4,000 m² and 10 floors of new office space in an existing building. Iron Building owes its name to the particular design that references an office building in New York. After the renovation, the building was sold to the French-language liberal party MR, which now has its headquarters there.
