In June 2014, Groep Bouwen acquired a 12,500 m² plot along the E19 in Mechelen.
 The previous owner was Schenker (Deutsche Bahn). The site lent itself to the realization of office buildings as an extension of the adjacent Stephenson Plaza. At the start of 2016, a building application was submitted based on a design by architects Jaspers-Eyers for two connected buildings of 8,000 m² with underground parking. For a long time, the Japanese medical multinational NIPRO had included Groep Bouwen on a shortlist of 3 candidates for the construction of its European headquarters. Groep Bouwen was finally selected as the laureate. The building was somewhat customized to the needs of Nipro Europe.

The buildings have been delivered and have been taken into service by Nipro Europe.
