After Groep Bouwen in the period from 2012 to 2014 developed a residential development of 58 building plots in Heist-op-den-Berg, Groep Bouwen acquired a site in the centre of the partial municipality Hallaar for the realization of a small residential project.
 Architect firm P8-Architecten obtained an urban development permit for the development of a residential area with 9 family homes.
