In 2012 Groep Bouwen purchased the former offices of the Maes Brewery in Waarloos. The buildings were demolished and we obtained a building permit for 10,000 m² of business space for SMEs and warehouses. The entire project was built in less than one year and sold, in parts, to (for the most part) local SMEs. Amongst others, the educational centre LOGIS moved its training centre to Kontich and the Belgian distributor of cycling clothes and other cyclist accessories Wolvenberg has established its Belgian headquarters here.
