In 2001 Groep Bouwen implemented the plans of architectural firm Marc Verstraeten from Wetteren for an office building of 4,000 m² on the Grensstraat in Diegem, close to the ring around Brussels. Even before delivery it was sold to Oppenheim Immobiliën and they leased out the building to KIA, amongst others.
