The former toys and leisure activities store Paft lies along the Antwerpsesteenweg and close to the junction with the ring around Lier. More than 75 metres wide on the street side, the site is highly visible, both on the Antwerpsesteenweg and on the ring of Lier.

At the end of 2012 Groep Bouwen received a building permit in order to renovate and transform the existing structure into 2 stores with a total surface area of 3,000 m². These were leased on plan to C-Store (clothing store) and Kvik (Danish design kitchens). After leasing, the buildings were sold to Tribeca Capital Partners.
