Along the Antwerpsesteenweg, where leading retailers (such as Colruyt, JBC, Gamma and Brantano) are present, Groep Bouwen in 2012 purchased the former toys and stationery store Dox. At the beginning of 2013 an agreement was reached to purchase the adjoining wine store Qualivino. In January 2013 an urban development permit was received for building 6,000 m² of commercial space, divided into 4 units. They were already leased on plan to 3 major retailers: Albert Heijn, Avance Schoenen and Maxi Zoo. The 4th unit was sold to Qualivino, for which Groep Bouwen custom-built a new wine store.

In the meantime, all of the works have been completed and the store spaces are fully operational. After leasing, the buildings were sold to Tribeca Capital Partners.
