Close to the ring Lier, Groep Bouwen realized a project of 3,200 m².
 In the first phase, an office was built for Bank van Breda.

In a second phase, 2,000 m² of office space was added, divided into separate units for Groep Bouwen itself, for interim office Accent, for designer Wils-Peeters, and for the American MCA, distributor of industrial safety products.

Half of this project is in Groep Bouwen’s investment portfolio.

Parallel to its development activities, Groep Bouwen has always retained part of its developed projects as investments. This portfolio regularly increases. At the same time, non-strategic buildings are occasionally sold.
