Schaarbeek - The gardens of Elise

In 2008 Groep Bouwen purchased a former laundry from Initial Textiles in Schaarbeek. The project terrain is located in the flourishing Helmetwijk in Schaarbeek, between the Lambottestraat and the Detiennestraat and right next to the Paul Brien Hospital. A building permit was received for 125 apartments and 2 commercial spaces according to a design of the Architectes Associés of Marc Lacour. In the meantime, the works have been completed by the contractor ABMT (Verelst Group). All 125 apartments have now been sold and delivered.
